Sunil Grover who got fame and recognition from his role of "Gutthi" in Comedy Knights with Kapil is an Indian Stand up comedian and actor who made his entry into world of entertainment almost before ten years right from theatre to a TV show called "Chala Lallan Hero Banne". He has also represented a TV channel as the brand ambassador of same till some time and then hosted some shows like "Kya Aap Paanchvi Fail Champu Hain?" and "Kaun Banega Champu" for Sahara Filmy later. His show on SAB channel "Gutur Gu" was also praised a lot by viewers which were actually the India's first ever silent show. Sunil was born on 13 August 1977 in Mandi Dabwali ( Sirsa, Haryana ) to a Punjabi descent. He did his schooling from "Arya Vidya Mandir, Mandi Dabwali" and also holds B.Com degree gained from Guru Nanak College. He was very passionate about acting since childhood and to feed this passion, he pursued the degree of Masters in Theater from Punjab University,Chandigarh. After the completion of Master degree, he initiated his career with infamous veteran comedian Jaspal Bhatti. Then he stepped into the world of Radio later followed by his remarkable journey into film industry and world of Stand up comedy. Now people recognize him as "Gutthi" where he used to play the charter of a Lady with different getup. About the character of Gutthi, he uttered in front of camera that "Gutthi has come from my experiences I had in my college. I used to study in Guru Nanak college and there we had only seven girls out of 4,300 boys. And girls in small towns mostly behave in the same manner the way I used to do in the show."
